The challenge: Generate more online take-out orders for a well-known, multi-million dollar restaurant chain in California that severely lacks online presence. 

Introduction: Working with a whole team, I was in charge of the overall optimization, A/B testing and competitor research for this client’s paid search, paid social, re-marketing, email marketing campaigns, TikTok and Facebook content calendar. Combined with other organic marketing efforts such as influencer collaborations, SEO and PR, our team significantly increased the client’s online takeout sales apart from the third party delivery apps that cut 20%-30% of their profit.
